Le origini e l’evoluzione dell’idea di una Corte internazionale dell’ambiente alla luce di una nuova consapevolezza: l’inquinamento ambientale è un’ingiustizia sociale di nuova generazione che distrugge le risorse di base della vita. È anche un’offesa alla vita delle generazioni future.
